The analytical part also deals with the evaluation of the performance of EMKO Case a.s. according to the START model, identifying the strengths of the company and opportunities for improvement, based of which specific suggestions for improvement are elaborated in the proposal part, which are the output of the work.

Specific survey with point values is made due to help reveal strengths and weaknesses of the company. Supporting measures are proposed towards the end of the thesis, which should contribute to the development of the company’s performance.

This bachelor thesis deals with the performance evaluation of Letovické strojírny, s. r. o. (Ltd) with the use of the Start model. This mechanical engineering company mainly focuses on agriculture machinery. The theoretical part of this thesis contains all necessary information on the performance evaluation and model types typically used for measuring company performance. The analytical part of the thesis first introduces the company and its short history and then answers the questions according to the nine-criterial model referred to as Rada kvality České republiky – model Start. The work is concluded by the model evaluation and improvement proposals.

This master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the company´s performance. The first part consists of theoretical concepts such as a quality and performance. It is also focused on the evaluation and measuring instruments of the performance. In the analytical part the company is presented and also its key competitors. The complex analysis of the company is carried out by means of evaluation, multiple criteria-based on the model of the Quality Council of the Czech Republic, model Start Plus. There are also scored various criteria of the model, there are determined strengths and areas for improvement and on the basis there are described suggestions for the improvement.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the use of multi-criteria models to evaluate managerial approaches and corporate performance with an emphasis on non-financial aspects. In this thesis, the evaluation of the company is processed using the Start Plus model. Based on the identified opportunities for improvement of the company, a proposal for improvement is developed. The results of this thesis showed that the company is rated well according to the model. The total score is 410 points. The weaknesses are mainly in the areas of employees, customers, social performance and not defining the vision and mission. Recommendations were made at the end of the thesis to address these weaknesses.

The aim of the work is quality management research in LLC StroyCapital. Research methods: analysis of theoretical sources on the problems of quality management, analysis of normative documents in the field of quality management, analysis of the organization's documents regulating quality management, analysis of business processes related to quality management, analysis of economic indicators. Research procedures. The analysis of objects and subjects of quality management in the organization made it possible to identify the units responsible for managing each of the quality management objects in the company. The analysis of the company's documents in the field of quality management made it possible to compare them with regulatory requirements, assess compliance with the business features of the organization. Analysis of the main business processes related to quality management made it possible to identify limitations in control points related to quality management. The analysis of economic indicators made it possible to conduct an economic assessment of the quality management problems in the company. The construction of the Ishikawa Diagram allowed to establish a causal relationship in the emergence of quality management problems, to draw a conclusion about the cause of quality management problems related to the qualifications of workers. Conclusions. The problem of quality management in the company is connected with insufficient qualification of workers. To solve it, it is necessary to improve the skills of workers.
